History
Ted Katz has been working with metal since 1991. Turning his hobby into a business, he founded Snowflake Metalwork in 1995. Since that time, he has produced 16 products for use in the kitchen, at the table, or for ambience. On average, he creates two new products per year. Ted practices his craft in the metalwork shop at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He enjoys the simplicity and practical quality of metalwork. He exhibits his work at crafts fairs in New York City. In all his products, Ted strives to produce the highest quality craftsmanship that will last many years.
