How to Order

There are two ways you can order:

2) Mail your order to:

What to Include in Your Order

When ordering a product, include the following information found on the individual product pages:

1) The name of the product and quantity desired
2) Dimensions (if relevant)
3) What kind of finish (black or clear)
4) Which pattern (A, B, C etc.)

When ordering a book, include the title and quantity desired.

For all orders include:

1) Your name and shipping address
2) Your phone number and/or email (in case we need to contact you)
3) If ordering by mail, enclose a check payable to "Ted Katz" for the total amount (include shipping)
4) If ordering by email, you will need to send a check payable to "Ted Katz" for the total amount (include shipping) to the above address before your order can be sent.

Shipping

Shipping is $5 for each item.
